Rather than drying the hops we used them fresh off the vine so that they give off a pleasant grassiness as well. A true harvest beer for all IPA lovers.

This Irish Stout is brewed with excessive amounts of roasted and flaked barley. The roasted barley provides a bittersweet chocolate and dry coffee finish while the flaked barley gives the full bodied mouthfeel. The beer may appear black, but it is actually a very dark shade of ruby.
