This beer is golden in color with a light earthy nose and a bready-sweet malt character. With a hint of orange and some clove spiciness this one is an easy-drinking refreshing beer.
This New England Style IPA is a special one to us as it was our 200th batch of beer we've brewed since opening in 2022. The Roman Numeral for 200 is 'CC' so we choose to hop this beer exclusively with Citra and Columbus hops. Featuring flavors of intense citrus, passion fruit, apricot and other tropical fruit flavors with an underlying black pepper and dankness. Cheers to 200 more batches!
ESB stands for "extra special bitter." This English style Pale Ale is known for its balance between malt and hop bitterness. The earthy and herbal hop character from the East Kent Golding hops balance out the biscuit and caramel flavor of the malt.
This hazy IPA is hopped exclusively with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops. Bringing flavors of berry, mango, stone fruit, bubblegum, tropical fruit and citrus
A crisp, pale golden lager brewed with flaked maize (corn) and a small amount of caramel malt to add a slight amber color to the beer. To make this more of an American version of a Mexican lager we've added just a hint of lime to the beer. For added refreshment, garnish with a lime
We love our dessert inspired sours here at Forbes Trail and our latest sour is a perfect example of that. We've added Banana, Strawberry and Marshmallow to this kettle sour giving it the perfect flavors reminiscent of one of our favorite cakes!
This ale gets the addition of honey in the boil which provides a pleasant, but not overwhelming, sweetness to the finished product. Additional Honey and Blueberry puree are added post fermentation in small amounts to get the desired amount of flavor. The result is a pleasant flavored beer that's not overwhelming to the senses.
A classic light, crisp American style light lager with a smooth, clean finish
Brewed for the Annual Meyersdale Maple Festival this roasty porter gets the addition of maple syrup and espresso flavoring. These additions give off chocolate, coffee, and a woodsy maple sweetness. Perfect for a spring day.
A crisp, refreshing pale lager that is lightly hopped to add a slight bittnerness. It is named for our neighboring park and $1 from every pint will be donated to further their mission to honor our Global War on Terror Armed Forces and their families for their sacrifice to preserve and protect our freedom
This light colored American style beer has a mild bitterness and a slight creamy mouthfeel. Made popular in the 1960s by a brewery from Rochester, NY. This will be a throw back for anyone who is a fan of one of the original Cream Ales.
This smooth malty lager is primarily made with Vienna malt which provides a rich, toasty flavor, without significant caramel or roast flavors.
